Merlyn caught me playing the blues on my blue Frankenstrat through our 1954 Fender Champ 5D1.  It's got to be one of the last Champs ever built with a 6" speaker.  I got it totally dead as a contribution from an appreciative customer. He found it cheap at a garage sale and thougth I should have it as i fixed a problem problem for him that was deemed "unfixable" by the competition. I completely rebuilt it and Ted Weber rebuilt the little 6" speaker. It's a blues machine for sure!
